Student Leadership

Formal positions of student leadership at Cambridge are comprised of two councils: the Honor Council and the Prefect Council. The primary purpose of each council is to pursue and carry out the vision of Cambridge and to encourage and model the same in the student body. The specific role of the Honor Council is to model and implement community standards; while that of the Prefect Council to attend to and nurture the social and spiritual morale of the student body.

However these are not the only leadership opportunities available at Cambridge. All Upper School students who exhibit the characteristics of our mission are encouraged to participate in our new student mentor program. Any student can suggest an idea for a new club and, under the supervision of a faculty advisor, can lead the club however they see fit. Students have the opportunity to lead worship in chapel services as well as at other events throughout the year. Furthermore, there are various committees and planning teams that organize socials and community service projects.
